Terms of service.

Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy

1. Cooling-Off Period (Florida Law)
In compliance with Florida consumer protection laws, clients who purchase “future services” (contracts extending beyond 30 days or prepaid packages) are entitled to cancel within three (3) business days from the date of purchase and receive a full refund, provided that no service has yet been rendered.
This right does not apply to one-time cleanings or services already performed.

2. Standard Cancellation Notice (48 Hours)
For regular scheduled cleanings or other on-site services, the Client must provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not qualify for a refund.

  • Payments for late cancellations may be credited toward future appointments at the Company’s discretion.

All cancellation notices must be sent by email or text message to the contact provided in the service confirmation.

3. Refunds and Credits
If cancellation is made within the 48-hour window, the Client is entitled to:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit toward a future service (valid for 90 days),
    depending on the Client’s preference.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of notice receipt.

4. No-Show / Access Denied Policy
If the cleaning team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property (for example: no one is present, entry codes don’t work, or the Client refuses entry), the team will wait up to 30 minutes.

If access is still not granted after that period, the visit will be marked as a No-Show, and the full service fee will apply.
Rescheduling after a No-Show will require a new booking and payment.

5. Late Arrival / Service Time Adjustments
If the team arrives late due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.), the Client will be notified promptly, and the service will still be completed as scheduled or rescheduled at no cost.

6. Emergencies & Exceptions
In cases of emergency (e.g., illness, accidents, natural disasters), the Company may, at its discretion, waive cancellation fees. All such exceptions must be communicated and documented in writing.

7. Policy Updates
The Company reserves the right to modify this Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy at any time. Updated policies will apply to new bookings made after the date of publication.
